Covid-19 Coronavirus

Rescheduled Dates

MTEX Expo 2020 and All Co-Located Events Rescheduled for 10th & 11th November 2020 Due to Increase in International Travel Restrictions.

The organiser of leading technology show MTEX Expo (formerly 25-26th March 2020, ExCel, London), has been closely monitoring updates on the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. The global impact of this situation, not least upon international travel and resulting restrictions imposed by many organisations, means that after discussions with all parties we have taken the decision to postpone. The event will now take place on the 10th & 11th November 2020 at ExCeL, London. This will include all events co-located with MTEX Expo 2020 including B2B Marketing Expo and Sales Innovation Expo.

We are committed to delivering high quality events both in terms of content and attendance; the postponement of this year’s event ensures this will be the case for 2020. While this has not been an easy decision, we feel it is the right one in the current environment.

We are of course, in ongoing communication with our exhibitors, speakers, attendees, partners and suppliers. Those we have managed to speak to thus far have been exceptionally understanding.

Badges

Will my badge be sent to me?

Yes, if you've registered then you will receive your badge in the post 1-2 weeks before the event. 

What happens if I don't receive my badge before the show?

In the rare circumstances that you don't receive your badge you can use the badge code in your confirmation email to print another one on the day. If you forget your badge code then the registration desks can locate your registration details to print your entry badge.

What happens if I don't have my badge?

Don't worry, if you register right before the event or lose your badge you'll have a badge code in your confirmation email that you can use to pick up your badge with on site.

Or just let us know your details when you get to the venue and we'll find it for you.

Visa Policy

How do I obtain a visa letter?

Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation to visitors for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

At The Event

Is there somewhere to leave coats and luggage?

Yes, there are two cloakrooms operated by ExCeL located on the boulevard where you can leave your belongings. 

One cloakroom is in the west end of the venue on level 0 by N4/S4 and one in the east end on level 0 and are open during event hours. 

There is a fee of £1 per item for coats and luggage - please be aware they cannot store cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices.
