He then became Director of Communications for Levi Strauss EMEA. Paul was also a well-respected member of the World Federation of Advertisers.Paul set up boutique consultancy citizenbay in 2004, to help companies shake things up in their organisational culture and brand communication so that a more curious, inspired and profitable business can emerge. Clients include IKEA, Proctor & Gamble, Sony Music, Samsung, Goo Technologies, BBC Worldwide & The Economist, plus SMEs, agencies, start-ups and tech companies. He also runs Citizenbrand, a personal branding agency for business owners, senior management and people in the public eye.
